Good questions
Will the pleats fall out after washing?
No. Our plissé is heat-set, so the pleats are permanent. Wash it cold, hang it, and they settle back on their own. Our woven pleated pieces just need a quick steam.
How do I know my size?
Check the size guide, which has cm, inches and UK sizes. If you're between two sizes, send us your bust, waist and hip on WhatsApp and we'll tell you honestly which one to pick.
How long does delivery take?
Lagos takes 1–2 working days. Other states take 3–5 working days. International orders go by DHL Express in 5–8 working days. Orders placed before 12 noon ship the same day.
Can I pay on delivery?
We don't offer pay-on-delivery at the moment. You can pay securely by card (including Verve), bank transfer or USSD through Paystack, and we confirm your order on WhatsApp straight away.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes. Exchanges are free within 7 days if the item is unworn with tags on. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the item.
Do you ship outside Nigeria?
Yes, to the UK, US, Canada, Ireland and most of Europe via DHL Express. Prices show in naira; switch the currency toggle to see an approximate dollar price.
Can I pick up in Lagos?
Yes. Choose 'Lagos pickup' at checkout and we'll send you the Lekki pickup address and a time window on WhatsApp. Pickup is free.
