Delivery & returns
Orders placed before 12 noon (Mon–Sat) ship the same day.

South-West: Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Ekiti. Extended: parts of the North-East and North-West where couriers take a little longer.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we WhatsApp you the rider’s or courier’s details. You can also check the status any time on our track order page with your order number and phone number.
Exchanges & returns
- Free exchanges within 7 days of delivery for a different size or colour, if available.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the item.
- Items marked “final sale” can’t be refunded, but you can still exchange them for another size.
How to start a return
Send your order number to us on WhatsApp (0912 329 7171) with a photo of the item. We’ll book a pickup in Lagos or send you the drop-off details for other states. Return shipping outside Lagos is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty.
Something wrong with your order?
If anything arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours and we’ll fix it at no cost to you. No long story.
